Registration and code reference
This is the reference sheet for market research, sources-sought responses, and vendor qualification. Every field on it is either verified and shown, or withheld and labelled — never estimated.

Data verification policy
Unique Entity Identifiers, CAGE codes, NAICS and PSC codes, business size and type representations, socioeconomic certifications, and contract vehicle details are published on this page only after the underlying information has been confirmed against company records and the relevant government system. Where a field is not shown, it has not been verified and is not claimed. Registration in any government system is a prerequisite for doing business, not a qualification for a specific opportunity or set-aside.
Registration and classification
The fields procurement staff request first, in the order they usually ask for them.
All registration and classification data is withheld until it has been confirmed against the company’s own records. Nothing is estimated or approximated here. Once verified in the admin console, it publishes to this page automatically.
Socioeconomic and professional certifications
Only certifications actually held and verified appear here. An empty list means none have been verified for publication — not that a certification is pending.
No certifications are verified for publication
We do not list certifications we have not confirmed. If your requirement depends on a specific socioeconomic status or certification, ask directly in the requirement form and we will answer in writing.
How we operate on contract
These are statements about our own practices — not government determinations or certifications.
Accessibility
Deliverables are produced and reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA. We can document how a given asset was tested and remediated.
Data handling
Campaign and analytics data is handled under least-privilege access, with retention limits set per engagement rather than by default.
Subcontractor management
Partners are brought in against a defined scope with flow-down requirements passed through in writing.
Records and reporting
Media placement records, spend reconciliation, and deliverable acceptance are maintained for the life of the engagement.
