Answers buyers and partners ask first
Plain answers about registration, contract access, accessibility, reporting, and engagement — written for the people who evaluate, scope, and team on government marketing work. If an answer needs verified data, we point you to the source rather than paraphrase it.

If a question isn't answered here, the intake form routes it straight to business development. We would rather answer plainly than leave an evaluator guessing.
Government Contracting
What does Visionary Digital do?
We are a digital marketing and communications firm. We plan and execute marketing, advertising, outreach, creative, web, and analytics work for government programs, and we support prime contractors who need marketing capability on their teams.
Do you work with federal, state, and local government?
Our services apply across federal, state, and local levels. Specific registrations, certifications, and contract vehicles are listed on our procurement pages only after they have been verified — if a credential is not shown there, we do not claim it.
Capabilities
Which marketing capabilities do you provide?
Campaign strategy, public outreach, digital advertising and media buying, content and creative, web and digital experience, and analytics and performance reporting. Each has a dedicated capability page describing scope, approach, and deliverables.
Do you build accessible deliverables?
Yes. Accessibility review is part of our creative and web production process rather than a final step, and we can document how a given deliverable was tested.
Procurement
Where can I find your UEI, CAGE code, and NAICS codes?
On the Procurement Information page. Fields appear there only once the underlying information has been verified. Unverified fields are withheld rather than estimated.
Can you respond to an RFI, RFQ, or RFP?
Yes. Use the requirement submission form and include the solicitation number, stage, and response deadline. Business development will review and follow up using the contact information you provide.
Does a SAM.gov registration mean you are eligible for any contract?
No. Registration is a prerequisite for doing business with the federal government, not a qualification for a specific opportunity. Eligibility depends on the requirement, set-aside status, applicable codes, and the solicitation's own terms.
Teaming
Do you work as a subcontractor to prime contractors?
Yes. We regularly support primes that need marketing, creative, media, or digital capability on a team. Use the teaming form to start that conversation.
What do you need from a prime to evaluate a teaming opportunity?
The requirement or solicitation, the scope you would want us to cover, the response timeline, and any flow-down requirements that would apply to our portion of the work.
Subcontracting
Do you subcontract work out?
Where a requirement calls for specialized capability we do not hold in-house, we work with partners. Partnership inquiries go through the partner form.
Contact
How do I request a capability briefing?
Use the capability briefing request form. Include your organization, role, areas of interest, and any opportunity context so the briefing can be built around what you actually need to evaluate.
Who reviews submissions?
Business development reviews every submission. We do not publish a guaranteed response time, but requirements with an active solicitation and a near deadline are prioritized.
Careers
Are you hiring?
Open positions appear on the Careers page. If nothing is listed, there are no confirmed openings at the moment.
Ask it directly — it routes to business development
Procurement-specific questions are answered with the verified data behind them. Where a field is still awaiting verification, we say so rather than guess.
