What we collect and how it is handled
Information we collect
We collect only what you submit to us: the name, organization, role, email address, phone number, and requirement or solicitation details entered in our contact, requirement, briefing, document request, and job application forms. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive personal data through this site.
Why we use it
Submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, qualify and route an opportunity to the right internal owner, schedule briefings, evaluate teaming interest, and review employment applications. We do not sell information, and we do not use submissions for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Business development records are retained while an opportunity or relationship remains active and afterward only as long as needed for our own record keeping. Job application materials are retained for the recruiting cycle in which they were submitted unless you ask us to keep them on file.
Access and disclosure
Access to submitted records is restricted to authorized staff through role-based access controls. We disclose information to service providers who operate our hosting and database infrastructure under contract, and where required by law or a valid government request.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses only the storage necessary to operate the site and maintain staff authentication sessions. Any future analytics measurement will be limited to aggregate usage patterns and disclosed here before it is enabled.
Your requests
You may ask us what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email the address in this notice with your request and the form you submitted, and we will confirm the action taken.
