How conformance is maintained
Conformance target
This site is designed and maintained against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and our delivered products are built to meet Section 508 requirements under the Revised 508 Standards.
Testing approach
Pages are checked with automated tooling plus manual keyboard-only navigation, visible focus review, contrast measurement, and screen reader spot checks on representative templates.
Structure and semantics
Each page uses a single H1, ordered heading levels, landmark regions, descriptive link text, form labels tied to inputs, and text alternatives for non-decorative imagery.
Documents
Our capability statement and other published documents are provided in formats intended for assistive technology. If a document is not usable for you, request an alternate format and we will supply one.
Where gaps may remain
- Third-party embeds and externally hosted files may not fully meet our internal conformance target; we review and replace or remediate them as identified.
- Newly published content is reviewed on a rolling basis, so a recent page may be corrected after publication.
Tell us what failed
Include the page address, the assistive technology and browser you used, and what you expected to happen. We acknowledge accessibility reports and provide requested content in an alternate format.
