How pricing works

Setup, annual, monthly, per proposal

Each package uses one pricing model, and the model is stated with the price. Nothing converts into a subscription unless it is sold as one.

  • What is the difference between a setup fee and an annual fee?

A setup fee is one-time work: getting the entity registered, the document written, or the site built. An annual fee covers keeping that work current the following year — renewal windows, reps and certs updates, and corrections when the government changes a requirement. SAM.gov Registration is the package where both apply: $150–250 to get registered, then $99–149 each year to keep it from lapsing.

  • Which packages are monthly instead of one-time?

Certification Tracking ($49–99 per month) and Proposal Boilerplate maintenance ($79–149 per month) are ongoing subscriptions, because both involve watching deadlines and updating language over time. Proposal Boilerplate can also be bought per proposal at $500–1,500 if you would rather pay per bid than monthly.

  • Which packages are a single flat fee?

Capability Statement Development ($299–499) and Website Build for Federal Contractors ($999–2,500) are one-time flat fees. You own the finished deliverable outright. There is no required maintenance plan attached to either.

  • Why is every price shown as a range?

The range reflects scope, not negotiation. Registration pricing depends on entity complexity and how many NAICS codes and certifications apply. Capability statements depend on how much source material you already have. Website pricing depends on page count and whether content is written for you. You receive a fixed quote inside the published range before any work starts.

  • Can I combine packages?

Yes. The Federal Contracting Starter Package combines SAM.gov setup, a capability statement, and a website build for $1,200–1,800 flat — less than buying those three separately. Any other combination can be quoted as a single scope.

  • Do you charge for the initial conversation?

No. The first conversation is scoping: what you need, what you already have, and which package actually fits. If none of them fit, we say so rather than selling you the closest match.

  • When is payment due?

Flat-fee work is invoiced at the start and on delivery. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled with notice for the next cycle. Annual renewal fees are invoiced ahead of the renewal window so eligibility never lapses while an invoice is pending.

  • Do you guarantee we will win contracts?

No, and nobody credible does. These packages make you eligible, findable, and credible to contracting officers — registered, certified, and able to answer a solicitation quickly. Award decisions belong to the government.
